How do I reserve a Resort Studio at Kapal Oasis?
Complete the short reservation form and send the email it generates to the Kinnara.Asia sales team. A sales representative will reach out within one business day to take your AUD $997 reservation deposit, then confirm the hold and next steps. You can also contact us directly at sales@kinnara.asia.
Is reserving a Kapal Oasis studio binding?
No. Reserving a studio at Kapal Oasis does not create a binding contract. It holds your chosen studio while paperwork is prepared and you complete due diligence. Studios are offered under a 20-year leasehold (Hak Sewa), with full terms set out in the Studio Rental Agreement.
How much is the reservation deposit?
The reservation deposit is AUD $997. It secures your chosen Resort Studio while the Hak Sewa purchase documents are prepared. Studio pricing starts from USD $155,000.

What happens after I reserve a studio?
After you reserve, Kinnara.Asia sends the reservation form and payment details within one business day, then guides you through the 20-year Hak Sewa purchase process for your Kapal Oasis Resort Studio.
